Registration is required to access the programs/courses and to take exams in order to receive free certificates.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate in PDF format via email, which can be downloaded, saved to your device, and printed at your convenience.

If you choose to receive a professionally printed certificate, an additional $25 fee will apply for processing and delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment and confirmation of program completion.

Shipping Method: Certificates are shipped via standard postal mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: All applicable shipping fees are included in the $20 certificate processing and delivery charge.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected postal delays or customs processing (for international orders) may extend delivery times.
